Shipping policy

Every order is hand-arranged fresh by our Brooklyn florists and delivered by our own local team. We don't ship flowers by mail or courier.

Where we deliver

We deliver across all five boroughs of New York City: Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island. Enter the recipient's zip code in your cart to confirm we deliver there and see the delivery fee for that address. Fees depend on distance and are shown before you pay.

Same-day delivery

Same-day delivery is available on most orders. Choose your delivery date in the cart; for same-day delivery, order as early in the day as you can. Ordering late, or need a specific time? Call us 24/7 at (929) 309-5719 and we'll tell you exactly what's possible.

Store pickup (free)

Choose Store Pickup in your cart and collect your order from either shop:

  • 2413 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11223, open 24 hours, 7 days a week
  • 295 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11211, open 10 AM to 9 PM

Recipient details & card message

Please include the recipient's full name, full address with apartment or suite number, and a phone number so our driver can reach them. Add your card message in the note box in your cart. If the recipient isn't available, we'll call to arrange redelivery, or leave the flowers in a safe place (with a doorman or at the front desk) when it's appropriate. A redelivery fee may apply when details are incorrect or nobody is available.

Funeral homes, churches & hospitals

We deliver sympathy and funeral arrangements to funeral homes, churches and hospitals. Please include the name of the deceased or patient, the venue, and the service date and time so your flowers arrive before the service. For urgent funeral orders, call (929) 309-5719.

Holidays

On peak days like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, we deliver in wider time windows and can't guarantee a specific time. Order early to secure your preferred date.

Substitutions

If a flower or container is unavailable, we use a close substitute of equal or greater value that keeps the arrangement's style. See our Refund & Replacement Policy for details.
